How to prepare for our Specialist Fitter arriving:
If we are not supplying backs for your sliding wardrobes, we would strongly recommend that you have the wall behind painted prior to fitting.
Please clear the area as best you can to allow enough room for our fitters to build your wardrobe.
If you have electric sockets, BT points, or TV aerial points which you would like repositioned, please contact your electrician and have these repositioned prior to our installation date as our fitters are not electrically certified and will not be able to carry out this work for you.
Please note that we are unable to cancel/ reschedule fitting dates on short notice.
Rescheduled dates could set the fitting date back approximately 5-6 weeks from the date already provided.
How long will the installation take:
Our aim is to install all the furniture on the day/days specified on the date you have been provided with, however should we not finish on this day due to unforeseen circumstances we will endeavour to complete all works as soon as possible at your convenience.
Paying your balance:
Your outstanding balance is due on the day your wardrobe is fitted. To make a payment, please contact the Lisburn or Dungannon showroom with your card details and we can process the payment. Alternatively, you can pay via bank transfer, cheque (payable to Enhance Sliding Wardrobes). For cash payment, please call in to one of our showrooms in advance.
