We Are Now In The First Phase Of Re-Opening Our Showrooms –

Here’s What You Need To Know…

Showroom Appointments
Our showrooms are now open for appointments only. 1-2 adults are permitted for each appointment to ensure we can maintain safe social distancing measures. We kindly request that children are not brought to the appointments.
The Process
You will be required to sanitise your hands when entering the showroom. Our Designer will greet and invite you to discuss your requirements before showing you the ranges. We ask customers not to touch displays. Our Designer’s will be wearing face coverings and we will have a safety screen set up at the desk for added protection.
Preparation For Your Appointment
Please bring a rough guideline of your measurements (height, width and depth of space) as this will enable us to create your plan and get you a quote. You may also bring pictures of your space. We will take accurate measurements after you are happy to proceed and the deposit has been paid.
Plans and Payment
As our aim is to reduce physical contact, all plans will be emailed to you. To avoid cash handling, we also request that payment is made via bank transfer or through card.

New Safety Strategy For Measuring Appointments
During your showroom appointment, our Designer will discuss a date and time for measuring in preparation for your wardrobe fitting. When measuring, a member of our team will arrive wearing a face covering. We ask that you leave all internal doors leading to the room open to reduce contact. While measuring, please maintain the 2m social distancing requirement. These regulations must also be maintained when your wardrobes are being fitted.
